A. Ownership – All chairs remain the property of Wareham Hall. Plaques are a form of donor recognition only and do not confer ownership, reserved seating, or other rights.

B. Placement – Plaque style, inscription format, and placement will be determined by Wareham Hall. Inscriptions must align with the mission and values of the organization and are subject to approval.

Fixed seating: Plaques will remain on the assigned chair unless changes are required.
Loose seating: Plaques will be attached to a moveable chair. Because these chairs are reconfigured regularly for performances and events, Wareham Hall makes no guarantee as to where an individual chair will be located at any given time. Donors should understand that their named chair may not be in the same location between events, and Wareham Hall has no obligation to assist in locating a specific chair during use.

C. Duration & Renovations – Plaques will remain in place for the useful life of the chair or until seating configurations change. In the event of major renovations, expansions, or seating replacements, Wareham Hall may relocate plaques, including to an alternate recognition display such as a donor wall.

D. Maintenance – Normal wear, tear, or damage may occur. Plaques may be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Wareham Hall.

E. Non-Refundable – Contributions made for plaques are charitable donations, not purchases, and are non-refundable.

F. Discretion & Amendments – Wareham Hall reserves the right to remove or alter recognition if, in its judgment, circumstances warrant. These terms may be amended at any time to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission and operational needs.
